#asktheexpert My son is now 4th month.He is very active nd playing also.feeding (only Mother's milk) also good.but he is not gain the weight.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi what is your child current and birth weight ? because babies weight gain depends on their birth weight usually they gain 250 to 500g per month so ideally your child should have weight between 3.8 to 6 kg at this stage of age
