#asktheexpert My son is not sleeping through the night.he is 9 months old and he wakes up 4-5 times at night and sometimes he wakes up each hour.. we are very tiref and don't know what to do.

Hi mommy Sleep pattern will correct soon It takes almost one year to get baby sleep whole night Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables cereals Wash your hands often before touching your baby Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene
