Q.

#AskTheExpert My son is not eating vegetables. he is 2years 7 months old. should I give any supplements

A. Serve vegetables alongside foods that your child is familiar and comfortable with will make him eat. involve your child in making prices of vegetables.. or even plant some veggies in home kitchen.. of possible. Mix veggies into favorite meals of your kid. Try veggies warm, cold, frozen, roasted, steamed, sautéed, with dip, in different shapes, etc. change the appearance of regular veggies you serves.. give syp zincovit 1 tsf once a day

A. Yes You can consult your doctor and start with supplements like multivitamins and iron because most of the vegetables are not going to eat of course as I will have deficiencies but you have to give Vegetable some way or the other because you cannot even continue with the supplements food has its own importance
