#AskTheExpert My son is infected with viral fever . Is meftal syrup advisable. He is 4 yrs now.

A. hello just give paracetamol which should be sufficient enough for the child to reciver from fever and do not give meftal unless prescribed by your doctor as it is the higher dose and is recommended if the child is having high fever and as a dose between paracetamol if fever is above 102 and is not reducing
