Rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed (middle of the night every 2-3 hours).
Fruits and vegetables puriees/mashes, cerelac,dal kichdi, oats, Dalia, sooji porridge, upma, mashed rice,rice porridge, roti with Dal,curd, curd rice,idly, malts ,milk use Ghee, butter, cheese while preparing baby foods avoid oil,salt untill one year and sugar 2 years feed natural sweetners.
