A. Give him Homoeopathic medicine Ammon carb 30/6doses. BD for 3days

A. Hi mom Put nasal saline drops to unblock nose. Also u can give sinarest syrup for dry cough to ur child. Apply coconut oil infused with tulsi leaves on the chest and throat of the baby to get relief from dry cough
