#AskTheExpert my son is four years old now but his stool is still very hard and he still has problem defacating even after having syrup MOVICOL. please help π

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. it is com .Hard stool is very common in babies ; mainly due to less water and fiber intake as babies are moslty involve in play . So increase the quantity for same and lactulose can be used if severe constipation .
