#asktheexpert my son is almost 2 months old now. I want to ask how much vitamin D3 IP 400 IU drops should be given to the kid everyday. thanks

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl11 months agoA. hi it depends on your baby's weight and health. so please give it as per your doctor's suggestion only. and if child is not deficient , instead of it ,give sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day which is best natural source of vitamin D3
