Dear ma’am, start with one semi solid feed a day and continue breastfeeding rest of the time as your milk still forms the major source of nourishment. You can give rice or ragi porridge, puréed banana, boiled and mashed apple, boiled and mashed carrot, sweet potato etc. introduce one new food at a time. Avoid salt, sugar and masalas till one year and no cow milk before one year
