#asktheexpert My son is about 1 year and 9 months. He is eating foods only by watching mobile phones. Otherwise it is very tough to feed him. Can you plz suggest how do I get rid of this problem? Thank you๐

please reduce your child's screen time ,it is really harmful.
instead of it ,you can tell stories to your child.
make food presentation attractive.
for example
use carrot beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colourful.
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
and the most important thing, limit your own screen time because Children are like sponge they absorb what they see.
spend quality time with your child.
it will help in this.
