#AskTheExpert my son is 8.5 year old. could be please suggest me a balanced diet for him.

A. Dear ma’am, do not count too much on calories but make sure whatever food you give is fresh and has water and fiber content mainly. Try to include a small serving of vegetables in all 3 meals and give atleast two kind of fruits daily. For snacking you can give nuts, dry fruits, fruits, puffed rice, boiled corn etc and include millets and leafy greens weekly twice
