#AskTheExpert my son is 7 months 18 days old, he mostly cries for feed. I doubt my feeding how to check I’m on good track? After 180days he hardly gains 500gms of weight in a month

A. Hi parent 500 gm per.month is good. She can be given the probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk lassi etc as well she cannbe given water as well bur don't use RO water as it's demineralized use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
