#AskTheExpert my son is 6 yrs old he doesn't have a habit to eat himself and his weight and height is not gaining and he is stubborn many times for his thing and he start screaming and shouting many times

kids do this to get their parents attention.
so , please spend quality time with your child.
To encourage your child for self feeding , start with snacks like poha , upma , fruits ,paneer or mung dal chilla etc
then take meal with your child from single plate.
or you may buy special kiddie plate to make your child feel special and encourage him to take food from it.
