babies get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 15-18 months.
you can start brushing your kid's teeth as soon as the first tooth erupts.
use silicon finger toothbrush along with rice grain amount size kids toothpaste twice daily.

Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food
Make meal time fun with toys and story telling
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana mashed sweet potato
