#AskTheExpert My son is 6 month old and is totally on breastfeed. In day time he takes 2-3 naps but not more then 1 hr. still in night he wakes up very frequently, sometimes even after every half an hr but sleeps again after having feed due to which I am not able to sleep properly and becoming difficult for me. Kindly help.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. If your child is six months complete give proper dinner to the child khichadi or something and half an hour before putting your child to sleep give milk this is going to keep the stomach full for longer duration
