Q.

#AskTheExpert my son is 6.5months old. He drinks around 600ml formula milk and twice cerelac 3 scoop each time. Is that OK according to his age?

A. Yes, try to feed more with variety of foods for overall nutrition.

A. A 6 months old baby should drink approximately 800-100 ml of milk per day and two times 4-6 spoons of any semi solid or pureed foods. 650 ml milk is less as per the age. Try to feed more as it will be helpful for overall healthy growth and development. Also include other foods like lentil puree, apple, pear and carrot puree, mixed vegetable soup, ragi and sooji porridge, etc.
