#AskTheExpert My son is 5 years old and very active but his weight is not increasing. He weighs only 14.5 kg. He is also not concentrating on study. Do we need to consult doctor?

A. In addition to milk, dairy foods should also be consumed for having an effect on weight andheight. Dairy foods such as cheese, paneer, yoghurt, whipping cream and ice cream are rich in vitamins A, B, D and E. They also contain protein and calcium. Vitamin D and calcium are essential for growth.
