A. hi your baby is 5 year old now if his weight is around 16-18 kgs then you need calpol syrup 5 ml of 250 mg power or 6 ml of ibugesic Plus syrup

A. for now I would recommend you to give paracetamol to the child it will help to bring down the temperature and apart from that place wet cloth on the baby's forehead for proper medicine visit your doctor
