Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi you mean to say Black stool? if yes then it should be reaction of food which your child had taken so please keep an eye on your child diet and if there is no other symptoms like fever, frequent stomach pain, low apetite Etc,no need to worry
