#AskTheExpert My son is 4 months old he don’t drink milk as normal infants do hardly he drink (formula milk )and whenever I try to feed him with spoon n bowl he become stiff and cries a lot ,after feeding he play n laugh but feeding time he is really fussy

Hi mommy Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Wash hands often before touching your baby
