Give 3 meals include fruits and vegetables, pulses,dry fruits and nuts, Diary products for balanced diet.
For improving immunity include citrus fruits, tomato, cabbage, almonds, walnuts (as powder or Soaked nuts), jaggery,ragi, turmeric milk pepper, garlic, ginger.
