Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. take a video and share with doctor in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment

If it is happening frequently you should get it checked with your doctor because twitching all the time or most of the time would not be considered normal it could be associated with some deficiency or some issues so better to check with your doctor regarding the situation
