#AskTheExpert My son is 3 months old. he has bowed (curved) legs. I am little worried will this be recovered with age. are there any exercises to do to improve this condition? thanks Smita

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and he is having bowed legs so give him calcium and vitamin d3 syrup Ossopan D 3.5 ml twice a day for three months and expose him to mornings sunlight daily for 20 minutes

A. Bowlegs is considered a normal part of growth in babies and toddlers. In young children, bowlegs is not painful or uncomfortable and does not interfere with a child's ability to walk, run, or play. Children typically outgrow bowlegs some time after 18-24 months of age.
