A. Hello mom, offer cereals and whole grains health mix, potato, sweet potato, pumpkin, dals, ghee, yogurt, nuts and walnuts, lean meat, fish and offer all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Offer milk twice a day. Offer plenty of water per day. Keep your baby healthy and hydrated. Thank you have a great day..
