To correct best is dietary modification like give plenty of water or any other liquids like fruit pulp mix, curd to baby and also include high fibre food items like suji , dalia, ragi , oats, carrots with fibres etc green leafy vegetables whole or puree and all the seasonal fruits in the baby diet.
