Q.

#asktheexpert my son is 2 years 2 months old but we are unable to make me chew his food.. initially he had everything in puree or semisolid form..now he refuses to bite any fruit or have solid food..we have tried giving him biscuits, cut fruits, boiled vegetables but he refuses to even touch it.. if we try to force feed him he immediately vomits.. how can I build the habit of chewing solid food?

A. please avoid force feeding, Identify when he is hungry enough, to feed your kid. If he is choking on food, then we have to find out reason because toddlers, never choked food. make eating time enjoyable, interesting, encourage them to self eating.

A. Hi friend Do not give snacks and Wait for the baby until he feels hungry Then slowly, start feeding in good environment Still if baby faces any problem or refuse to eat then better consult a paediatrician for an opinion

A. U Start eating with your child and you take a small bite and show it to your child how you are doing it properly before giving it to the child if you continue this practice gradually your child is also going to learn it so just keep trying it
