#asktheexpert my son is 2 and half years old but weighs only 11kg..what should I add to his diet for weight gain??

A. Hi You can add nutritive foods like ghee, almonds, walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds coconut egg avocado banana, potato, sweet potato in baby's recipes. Avoid bakery products, chips, chocolates, farsan sweets sugary drinks for the child
