A. better to give nasoclear saline drops in the nose Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

A. Saline solution is the only safe nasal spray for babies, infants, and toddlers. To use saline solution, lay the baby down on their back and, if possible, slightly tilt their head back (don't force it, though). Then spray two to three drops of saline spray into each nostril.
