#AskTheExpert My son is 1yr 1month old... suffering from cold n running nose... also severe constipation. my PEDITRITION said it's due to introducing Cow milk. I have stopped giving cow milk n started enfamil again but no relief from constipation. little blood comes every time.. please help

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Limit the milk or dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day.
