#asktheexpert My son is 1year old. His weight is 8kg from his 9th month. Although he is having food at regular intervals., he is not putting on weight. I am including pulses, veggies and fruits as well in his diet. Kindly suggest.

give him all family foid in roughly mashed form.
give 3 meals and 2 snacks a day and breast feeding on demand.
