#AskTheExpert My son is 18 months now. He is a premature kid born in week 35. When we give food to him now he didn’t start chewing the food. He is just swallowing it instead. Is this common among the kids ? When they will start chewing the food. He has got about 14 teeth now but molar teeth yet to come. Pls advise

kids can chew food with the help of back teeth.
as you're mentioning that molar teeth have not erupted yet so your kid is facing problem in chewing solid food
