Q.

#AskTheExpert my son is 17 days old.he had fever last night with temp 100.6 , gave the paracetamol drops as given by doctor. gave him the drops again after 6hrs. now his temp is 98.6 , do I need to consult doctor immediately or wait for few more hours and check temp .please suggest.

A. since the baby is very small any fever in the baby even treat it with paracetamol drops temporarily but it is always advisable to consult a doctor for further management
