In between meals keep offering healthy snacks like fruit or vegetable sticks.
prepared food should look good too....
Don’t give liquids like milk or juices before meal time.make eating time interesting

my younger one is 2years 9 months old, weight is 14.6kg , very active & quick learner but all my worries goes on his eating habits. he will not eats with his hands,I tried offering some food to him to grab his attention towards food , I need to feed him all the time with my hands more over he is not chewing the food(rice particularly),he loves to have liquids like smoothies,buttermilk , always he wants me to smash the food so that he can swallows it easily.
Is it OK do I need to give him some more time to learn or else is it too late for baby ledweaning?
how can I make him to eat solids like fruits?please suggest me some tips?
archanaMom of a 6 yr old boy3 years agoA. i used to give daliya in morning ,then any fruit , then curd , then porridge ( wheat ) in milk by blending , then cheela , then i used to make my son eat with me.... like roti sabzi
