#asktheexpert my son is 16 months old. He loves cheese and macroni . I give him 1-2 slices of cheese every wee and cheese macroni once a week. Hope its is good for my son. Should i stop it? P.S amul cheese slice.

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, you can give cheese but it’s also laden with salt so make sure the salt in other foods is used in minimal amount..and macaroni doesn’t provide much nutrition so better to avoid it. If not give it occasionally
