A. growth of the child can be ensured by fulfillment of proper nutritional requirement specially iron and vit D is required for better growth and cognition.you should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of micro and macronutrients essential for growth. any kind of infection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise. after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids pro/ prohance junior mixed with milk twice a day for one or two months but any health drink is not recommended before two yrs of age.u can add flavours also to milk. avoid giving too muche of milk otherwise it may hamper the hunger of the baby and the baby may not be taking interest in having other variety of food .and opposite yto that if the baby is not taking milk properly the dairy products will be a good substitute like curd, paneer n cheese etc.

A. As mostly toddlers are fussy and picky eaters, it is important to mix variety of nutritious foods to feed so that maximum nutrition can be given even in smaller quantities. Try not to force feed and make eating fun time. Serve in a kiddie bowl or plate or cup in different shapes and colors. Keep giving finger foods to develop chewing habits. #ParentYourWay
