#AskTheExpert my son is 10 months old. his poppy used to sometimes hard and it becomes difficult for him we use to give him fruits and vegetables as well. what would you suggest?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. keeping game physically active giving play time on mat giving tummy time and including a sufficient amount of fluids in the diet water juices vegetable soups will keep them hydrated and keep the stool soft if you are already giving a fibre rich diet
