Q.

#asktheexpert My son is 1 year old and he have 3 meals a day and 4 formula milk feeds(includes day and night). But in Nan pro the limit is 210ml at a time and 2 feeds a day. Is it not safe to give formula milk 4 times a day?

A. baby is 1 year and above it is better to stop formula feed and give cows milk to the baby and concentrate to give more of homemade healthy food intake and only 500 ml of milk for day

A. If your giving formula always follow the instructions and imit else it can trigge in many ways. Try to other foods You can give everything that you normally have. Let it be less oily and also let it less spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday. include few nuts everyday. You can start giving all family foods. Everything that you have can be given to baby with less spice and less oil. Avoid snacks and other junks and replace with fruits and nuts. Breakfast - idli, dosa, pongal, oats, chapati, upma, Lunch - any rice with dal, veggie rice, Khicidi, eggs and non veg if your baby eats. snacks - finger foods,carrot, apple, banana, nuts milkshake, juices, banana, potato, puffed rice, poha, Dinner, idli, dosa, rice, mixed veg paratha, Khicidi, dal rice, rasam rice, milk rice
