#asktheexpert My son is 1 year 4 months .. when should I introduce non veg to him. what is first item in non veg I should give him As of now I am giving egg white to him without yolk..., is this ok..

After a year shecan be given non veg
But start with small quantity of it
There are plenty of vegetarian alternativs of it
kindly opt for it
