Q.

#asktheexpert My son is 1 year 4 months old. He is not yet speaking much only few words. Is it something to worry? And when should a child be speaking meaningful few words together. I'm worried as my friends daughter is of same age but speaks well.

A. hi seems normal as such no need to worry because babies start speaking monosyllables or words with meaning by the age of 12 to 24 months so just keep encouraging your child by talking with him more use gestures while talking with your child
