#asktheexpert my son is 1 year 4 month old his body weight is about 10 kg he looks very thin ... so how can I increase his weight actually he is only on mother feed not taking bottle milk

A. it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and in that pattern only the weight gain will be present and it also depends upon the diet the child is taking so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not for the child requires any health supplements. you can I add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child the child should take food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily in small amounts
