Q.

#AskTheExpert my son is 1.8yrs old he is not gaining weight. While having having solid food I have to smashed it properly since he doesn't chew his food even though he has complete teeth .How can I change his habit?because sometimes even if I try to give him unsmashed food he simply vomits it out.

A. he vomits it out because he is not in the habit of taking that kind of food sit in front of your child and show him how do food is chewed by eating your own food it will take time but your child will eventually learn how to do it give small bites of unmatched food to your child
