AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom This is due to infection in stomach. For now u can give meftal spas baby syrup to get relief from stomach ache. Consult your doctor for the proper diagnosis and treatment for the same. Take care and all the best
