Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please do the following things: please keep your child well hydrated. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes provide apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day. you can give Tulsi leaves with pinch of turmeric powder ,salt and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning. maintain good hygiene.
