A. Fix timings for mealtimes so as to regularise your toddler's appetite. Give the kid more finger foods and consult your doctor as to whether any vitamin supplements can be given to your kid. Be a role model and make family meals a fun family experience so that you kid learns good and healthy eating habits from parents and siblings. All the best.

A. Rely on your child's appetite centre in his brain and let him decide how much he wants to eat. Limit his snacks to 2 per day between mealtimes. Apart from drinking water, limit his fluid intake to 480 ml per day. Rotate the menu and add new recipes to keep your kid interested and find out his food preferences. Make food fun with creative shapes and colours or even fancy plates and cutlery. Instead of giving 3 bigger meals, offer 6 smaller meals.
