A. If your son has had diarrhea since April 26th and it keeps returning after hospital discharge, this may indicate an underlying infection, food intolerance, or weakened gut. Recurrent diarrhea could also be due to viral, bacterial, or parasitic infections, or even antibiotic side effects if he was treated with them. It's important to ensure he is hydrated and receiving the right diet and probiotics as advised by the doctor. Since the issue keeps recurring, ask your pediatrician about doing stool tests or checking for lactose intolerance or gut inflammation. Continued medical follow-up is necessary to identify the root cause and prevent dehydration.
