for healthy weight gain,offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes,sweet potatoes ,rice to your child.
give energy dense fruits like apples banana papaya etc to your child.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child's diet.
give massage to your child daily.
maintain good hygiene.
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different textures.
make food presentation attractive
for example
use carrot beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colourful.
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
for sleep problem:
ensure that your child takes his or her dinner well.
offer heavy food like porridge,sheera,rab etc at night time meal.
but please don't force feed or overfeed your child
keep the environment calm and dark while sleeping.
use dim lights while sleeping.
avoid distractions.
ensure that your child feel comfortable while sleeping.
