#AskTheExpert my son has 22 ng/ml vitamin D. also my husband says multivitamin supplements( i bought gummies) cause cancer and are toxic for liver. please guide me through this.

Author of questionGuardian of a 5 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. after consultation we're giving vit D drops. My main concern is whether multivitamin supplements/,gummies are harmful or not.
