#AskTheExpert my son gets cough almost maximum days in early morning. full day he is fine and good. Around 4 am he gets cough

This can occurs due to weather changes and temperature variations or simple cold and rarely infection. kindly give nasal saline drops (nasoclear /nasivion s)every three hourly and since it is a salt water/saline water it does not have any side effects and canc be given again and again for nasal blockage and respiratory cough. It will dissolve xmucus in nose and throat. For fever and pain give paracetamol Try to prevent temperature variations around the child and you can also give indirect steamx inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good evening at night before you put your child to sleep I would recommend you to do to home remedies first is to give your baby indirect steam and s is to massage with garam sarso ka tail on the chest and back
