#AskTheExpert My son eat some candies and sweets yesterday and before yesterday, and he cried too much last night, although we never give him sweets usually. should i totally restrict sweet to him ?

A. good morning definitely I would recommend you to restrict the sweet food to be given to the child as it is not healthy and secondly definitely it seems that it is not sitting well with your child so it is better to avoid giving any such thing
