#asktheexpert My son doesn't sleep from than 10-11 hrs in night and daytime naps. I am concerned about his development as if sleeps less than adviced sleep time

A. the baby is 10 months of age if the sleep baby is sleeping 10 to 11 hours per day probably it is adequate sleep baby is having that is no need to worry about this

Q. #asktheexperts Sir, my baby, 3 months old sleep very little during daytime ..sometimes 30 minutes, 20 minutes..when he occasionally naps for 2 or 3 hrs he appears fresh, .play and interact with us at night also, fall asleep late, sometimes 10, 11 pm, even though feeding given at around 7 pm..again feeding needs to be given as he didn't sleep..I thought that daytime naps also should be like around 3 hrs.. I'm afraid if he sleeps little, won't it affect him mentally andphysically?
